Mss. Fatema El Majdoubi is the owner, founder and the unique designer of the well-known traditional Moroccan guest house of Fes, “Riad Raouia”. Riad Raouia is located in a quiet and safe residential area, ideal for airport transfers and transits. Our guests do not have to worry about transportation issues, because we care about your comfort — that is why we pick you up directly from whichever airport you land in Morocco.

The Riad offers high-quality accommodation and traditional food, and it is proudly labeled as a Second Category establishment by the Ministry of Tourism in Morocco. Our guest house reflects the Arab-Andalusian architectural style and design. All materials used are noble and handmade. The bed frames, windows and doors are made of certified cedar wood. The riad contains five rooms, each with a unique style: four rooms are located on the first floor and one on the ground floor. All rooms are well equipped with the amenities you need, including comfortable king, double or single mattresses for your well-being and restful sleep.

A wonderful terrace is available for breakfast, lunch or dinner, surrounded by a fragrant orange-blossom garden with organic oranges and lemons that you are welcome to enjoy.
